General Delivery Terms

We will deliver your order to the address you request at checkout when placing your order. You can select to have your order sent either to your home address, work or a friend’s address. Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to pack stations or locker boxes for deliveries inside and outside of the UK. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you, however stock permitting, all orders placed online are usually despatched on the same working day, if any of the items need a longer delivery time we will inform you as soon as possible when we received your order.  Our daily last orders by 2pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.


Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery address.  Incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses may cause an increase in shipping cost and a delay in delivery.

Christmas last order dates for UK: 19th Dec, please kindly choose express shipping/next day shipping after 19th Dec.

Christmas last order dates for International:12th Dec via DHL only

UK Delivery* :

* Working days exclude Sat,Sun & Public Holidays.  We are unable to offer UK Next Working Day Delivery service if your order is going to any of these areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles. When extra postage is required we will contact you with detailed information.

European Destinations : **
From £12.00    2-10 Working Days
FREE Delivery to All EU Countries when you spend over €50 ( This may not include Trolley Case.)

International Destinations : **
From £25.00    2-10 Working Days
FREE International Delivery when you spend over $60 ( Exclude Trolley Case.)

Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 2 working days longer.  We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.  All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Bank holiday or other public holiday might affect delivery time.  International deliveries the delivery duration also depends on the customs clearance speed in the destination country.
